• Select from existing customers or add a new customer record

 

• Add a scope of work that accurately describes your project in as much detail as you would like

 

• Assign the Work Order to a person or group - with a single click

 

• Mark each Work Order as "Billable" or "Not Billable" to help keep your billing accurate

 

• Identify geographic locations for each work order for scheduling purposes

 

• Add individual line items or tasks

 

• Add hourly rates and estimated hours (as well as markup percentages)

 

• Add detailed descriptions and instructions to each line item

 

• Escalate work status at anytime while work is being performed or completed

In designing Strata•Pointe, our goal was to provide the user with an easily accessible platform that works with you - not against you - when working with the detailed records that it takes to run your business:

 

• View mission-critical data right from the main menu using the Strata•Pointe Whiteboard features

 

• In addition to adding and editing records from the Administrative Tools, you can add new customers and vendors from within work order and purchase order entry screens

 

• Run and view customer and vendor history searches from the main menu

 

• Easily edit work order and purchase order records from those same search results

 

• Control vendor and customer activity for collection or other requirements

Another strength of Strata•Pointe is the ability to give you access to your vendor and customer data in total. This allows you to reveiw every record and control whether customers who are in collections can start another work order or vendors who have not performed well can receive orders.
